Lapland Centre of Expertise for the Experience Industry LEO

The Centre of Expertise Programme is a fixed-term special programme by the Government that aims at improving the conditions for the location and development of internationally competitive, top-expertise business and research operations. The central development platform in the programme is the Competence Cluster that aims at increasing the cooperation between the Centres of Expertise. The Lapland Centre of Expertise for the Experience Industry LEO drives the cluster programme for tourism and special experience productions and operates as the coordinator of the national cluster.
